Mon Tout Rouge

Vin de France | Red | 2025

This cuvée is produced from Pineau d’Aunis vines, a grape variety that we particularly appreciate for its finesse.

Olivier vinifies it with great delicacy, with a carbonic maceration of a short week before pressing and aging in vats, to preserve the fluidity and the crisp fruit that make this cuvée the perfect wine to enjoy with friends under the arbour!!

Our opinion on the vintage

A Loire red just how we like them: light, vibrant, and incredibly easy-drinking.
A short week of carbonic maceration brings out brilliant, crunchy, almost juicy fruit. In the glass, there are notes of fresh red berries, a spicy hint typical of the grape variety, and a light structure that immediately makes you want more.

A gulpable yet precise red, full of energy, perfect for joyful gatherings and lingering aperitifs!
Excellent with a charcuterie board, soft cheeses, quiche, or a savory tart.
In short, the ultimate wine for friends!

Anecdotes from the Estate: Many day-trippers stop for a strategic break at our estate. Rumor has it that the wine is served on an IV drip... This is also what makes the estate what it is today: these fleeting encounters that inspire us and help us grow. The Estate's Story: Domaine de la Piffaudière is the story of an atypical Loire Valley estate. Olivier, the winemaker, has been cultivating an 8-hectare vineyard located on the slopes of the Cher Valley in Monthou since 2008. Olivier is a true master winemaker, crafting precise and unique wines using organic viticulture. This Loire Valley winemaker methodically vinifies wines from blends of diverse grape varieties such as Chenin Noir, Cot (Malbec), Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and Chenin Blanc. All these efforts are guided by his guiding principle: "to produce flawless wines." The work we do at La Piffaudière is the work of passionate individuals. I ... Lire plus
