This unique cuvée celebrates a rich collection of 60 forgotten Alsatian grape varieties, cultivated on a terroir composed of Jurassic limestone and Lias marl. Thanks to its south-facing exposure, far from the Vosges Mountains, these grapes benefit from an ideal climate. Vinification combines direct pressing and maceration in amphorae, resulting in a complex and refined profile, enriched by the blending of two vintages.
