Our opinion on the vintage

The nose evokes Morello cherry, wild strawberry, and a subtle earthy note. On the palate, the wine is ethereal and fluid, with a delicate structure and supple tannins. The fruit is clean and vibrant, carried by a fresh acidity that lengthens the finish. This is a straightforward Burgundy, unadorned, with genuine charm and lovely vitality.
It will find its place with roast poultry, a vegetarian dish or simply as an aperitif, slightly chilled.
