Our opinion on the vintage

Explore a unique sensory experience with this Champagne, boasting a golden hue with coppery highlights and enhanced by a fine, lively effervescence. The nose reveals a symphony of fruity and sweet notes, ranging from yellow peach to honey. Intense aromas of cherries captivate the senses on the secondary bouquet. On the palate, this Champagne offers a rich and ample attack, supported by vinosity and vibrant freshness. Champagne Drémot Marroy is a family estate located in Charly-sur-Marne, run by Mélanie and Jean-Rémi Drémont. The estate has developed a viticulture focused on authenticity and respect for the soil, with a recently obtained organic farming certification to promote the health of the vines and the quality of the grapes.

The vines are planted with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, cultivated with great attention to grape ripeness and biodiversity. The estate uses inter-vine management and cover crops to promote healthy, balanced soils.

In the cellar, the winemaking process is carried out with restraint, highlighting the characteristics of each plot and producing balanced, fine wines that are representative of the Marne Valley.
