Hanami 2023

Vin de France | Red | 2023

This Cabernet Franc, a blend of grapes from different parcels on clay-limestone soil, embodies elegance and freshness. Thanks to a winemaking method favoring carbonic maceration, Hanami reveals a supple and fluid texture. The true strength of this cuvée lies in its vibrant aromatic expression of fresh fruit, without being weighed down by strong tannic extraction, thus allowing for a pleasant and delicate tasting experience.

Our opinion on the vintage

Hanami is a sensory journey to the heart of spring. From the first whiff, you're enveloped by a wave of fruity freshness, like a basket of ripe cherries and crisp red berries. On the palate, its ethereal texture glides smoothly, delicately revealing juicy and subtly spicy notes. With its supple structure and rare lightness, each drop invites serene contemplation, reminiscent of the peaceful beauty of delicate blossoms. A wine whose aromatic purity and finesse make it perfect for authentic moments of sharing.

Domaine Bobinet

Loire | France

In Saumur-Champigny, Domaine Bobinet is run by Émilie Bobinet and Sébastien Bobinet. The vineyard is located between the hillside and the banks of the Loire, on predominantly limestone soils, covered with more or less deep layers of clay and silt, particularly suited to Cabernet Franc.

The vines are cultivated organically, with careful attention paid to soil health and vine balance. The harvest is done by hand to ensure ripe and healthy grapes. In the cellar, winemaking is carried out with minimal intervention, aiming to preserve the fruit's expression and the terroir's clarity.

The wines are aged primarily in barrels, in a typical Saumur troglodyte cellar, offering natural conditions favorable to slow and even maturation. The wines exhibit straightforward and vibrant profiles, with supple textures, a direct expression of Cabernet Franc, and a balance built on freshness rather than power.
