Our opinion on the vintage

Immerse yourself in the subtle world of this wine made from Alsatian Pinot Noir grapes, where a generous aromatic palette meets a finely crafted structure. On the nose, discover delicate floral notes mingled with fruity accents, which linger on the palate with a harmonious blend. The silky texture and depth of aromas make this an exceptional wine, ideal for pairing with sautéed mushrooms, a creamy pumpkin soup, or a sesame prawn salad, revealing its full finesse with elegance.

Vignoble du Rêveur

Alsace | France

Le Vignoble du Rêveur is a wine estate created in 2013 in Bennwihr, Alsace, by Mathieu Deiss, a member of the renowned Deiss family, and Emmanuelle Milan. The project is based on the pursuit of a free and natural expression of wine, with biodynamic and organic viticulture on approximately 7 hectares of Quaternary alluvial soils.

The estate was converted to biodynamics from its inception and certified Demeter, with a philosophy that values innovative practices such as long macerations, indigenous yeasts, aging in large oak casks and often wines without filtration or added sulfur, thus offering a wide diversity of styles.

The wines of Vignoble du Rêveur are expressed with freshness and complexity, ranging from lively and taut cuvées like "Vibrations" in Riesling to original blends like "Rien ne Bouge" or "Artisan", reflecting both the geological identity of Alsace and the creative spirit of its winemakers.
