Anecdotes from the Estate: I've decided to convert my entire vineyard to organic farming. Initially, I'll complete the transition to organic, then gradually to biodynamic methods to avoid stressing the vines. That's why I'm slowly integrating the lunar cycle into vineyard management and cellar work. I'm committed to protecting this beautiful natural environment in which I thrive. As an eco-conscious winemaker, I'm proud to practice responsible and sustainable agriculture. This environmental quality is essential in my wines. A Little History of the Estate: I took over the family vineyards in 2015. Jean-Philippe Padié shared his knowledge and trust with me, enabling me to create wines that reflect my own style. The vines are cultivated organically, harvested by hand, and vinified with homeopathic doses of sulfur and indigenous yeasts, all while respecting the lunar calendar both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The grape varieties, chosen with great care, are perfectly suited to the climate and terroir. Traditional, but high-quality varieties: Carignan, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache Gris, and Cinsault. My guiding principles are fruit, freshness, and lightness. My wines are the expression of a terroir. The pride of the estate: The vineyard covers 10 hectares in the small wine-growing village of Roquefort-des-Corbières, in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park. The vines have been part of the family for 150 years; from a very young age, I have had a strong attraction to agriculture, vines, and nature. I have chosen to return to essential values, which for me are the connection with the land and Mother Nature. The culmination of my passion is sharing my wines with others.
