Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine reveals a complex bouquet on the nose, where delicately fruity and mineral notes intertwine. On the palate, the blend of Aramon and Cinsault offers a velvety texture, supported by a beautiful freshness derived from maritime influences. The saline notes, inherited from the terroir, add an additional dimension. The structure is refined, with a subtle balance between fruit and minerality, allowing the wine to express itself with elegance and authenticity, while revealing a surprising persistence.

Here, the southern wind is palpable in the wines. Carignan, Grenache, and similar varieties yield supple reds with a direct, unburdened aromatic profile. The wines prioritize drinkability, yet certain terroirs provide surprising depth. In short: pure simplicity. They are easily revisited.
