This wine, made from the Gamay grape variety from Bouze, is the result of organic farming practices where the Oiron terroir is fully expressed. The winemaking process combines whole and destemmed grapes in truncated conical casks, with semi-carbonic maceration and a year of aging, bringing complexity and depth to each bottle. Its production showcases a method that preserves all the nuances of this unique grape variety.

The vineyard is managed with a long-term vision, respecting the soil and all living things, with thoughtful replanting and meticulous care for the vines.

The wines are made exclusively from Merlot, cultivated in classic Bordeaux tradition, without any attempt at artifice. Recent ... Lire plus
