The first thing you notice is the unique light of Roussillon: it reflects in the wines of Roc des Anges with astonishing clarity. Marjorie Gallet proceeds with subtle touches, preferring the silence of the schist to any demonstrative pronouncements. The reds are straightforward, without heaviness, with a very fine texture.
