Our opinion on the vintage

This wine captivates from the very first sip, its nose devoid of the typical herbaceous aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, thus surprising the senses. On the palate, one is greeted by a fleshy and generous texture, carried by a lively freshness that awakens the taste buds. This harmony between density and lightness creates a unique, almost disconcerting sensation. Serve it blind for a guaranteed effect: your guests will never guess they are tasting a Sauvignon Blanc, so much does this wine defy the expectations usually associated with this grape variety.

Domaine La Part aux Groles, managed by Julien Desrante in Graves-Saint-Amant in Charente, is a small wine estate committed to organic and natural viticulture, cultivating plots of vines on limestone soils and producing, in particular, white wines based on Sauvignon Blanc.

The philosophy of the estate is based on manual work, without chemical inputs, fining or filtration, in order to enhance the pure expression of the fruit and the Charente terroir.

The wines produced are distinguished by their aromatic freshness, elegance and harmonious structure, reflecting the respectful approach to the vine and the desire to produce authentic and vibrant vintages.
