Our Review of the Cuvée

This Chinon has a ruby color with purple highlights. On the nose, you’ll discover aromas of slightly smoky black fruits, adding a touch of indulgence. On the palate, the texture is supple and juicy, with a light acidity that awakens the taste buds. The crisp tannins give way to peppery notes on the finish. Perfect for pairing with an aperitif or a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.

For Éric, winemaking is a multifaceted profession that combines vineyard work, winemaking, passing on knowledge, and human connection.

Located in the hamlet of Le Saut au Loup, in the municipality of Ligré, the vineyard covers 14 hectares of ... Read more
