Domaine Serol
In the Côte Roannaise, Domaine Sérol is managed by Stéphane Sérol, who took over the family estate in 1998. The vineyard now spans approximately 28 hectares, situated on the volcanic slopes of the Roannaise region, a geological context that imparts characteristic tension and freshness to the wines.
The estate is managed using organic farming practices, with meticulous soil management based on organic matter and lime amendments, to maintain the vitality of the vineyard and the balance of the vines.
