Domaine Tripoz

Domaine Tripoz

Bourgogne | France

In the Mâconnais region, Domaine Tripoz cultivates its vineyards biodynamically, on clay-limestone soils characteristic of the sub-region. Vineyard work aims for natural balance and optimal ripeness, in order to preserve the expression of the grape varieties and terroirs.

Chardonnays form the heart of the production. They exhibit ample and structured profiles, supported by a consistent tension that provides balance and length. Aging is carried out with precision, alternating between tank and barrel depending on the cuvée, with the aim of complementing the wine's character without weighing down its expression.

The Pinot Noirs, produced in smaller quantities, yield wines with bright fruit and a fluid texture, emphasizing suppleness and drinkability. All the wines are distinguished by a remarkable consistency, with precise, balanced, and approachable wines that remain true to the Mâconnais identity.
