This white wine is a tribute to organic farming and natural winemaking. It is carefully crafted from Sémillon grapes grown on 40-year-old vines planted in clay-loam soils. The harvest is carried out in two stages, with some grapes left as whole bunches for a delicate infusion. This process, combined with 24 months of aging in large oak casks, results in a wine of great aromatic complexity, dominated by citrus notes and a remarkably balanced structure.
