Our Review of the Cuvée

This champagne from Maison Gremillet offers a fruity and floral nose, with notes of brioche, acacia, peach, and apricot. On the palate, the balance between acidity and ripeness is remarkable, offering a lovely, lingering finish. The toasty and spicy aromas are captivating and harmonize perfectly with the finesse of the persistent effervescence. Perfect for pairing with petits fours or smoked salmon, this luminous champagne is sure to delight lovers of elegant bubbles.
