Our Review of the Cuvée
Domaine de Terrebrune
Domaine de Terrebrune is a family-owned estate run by winegrowers who harvest their own grapes, cultivating 56 hectares of vineyards and offering 11 appellations across some twenty cuvées. The estate’s work is rooted in an artisanal approach to winemaking, blending traditional expertise passed down through generations with modern winemaking techniques. This philosophy is particularly evident in the “Collection” range, produced in small batches to highlight exceptional vintages or single-vineyard selections. Family history lies at the heart of the project, even in the labels, which pay homage to past generations. The estate controls the entire production chain, from vineyard to bottling, ensuring autonomy and consistency. Certified HVE3, Domaine de Terrebrune is committed to an eco-responsible approach that prioritizes soil health and environmental stewardship. The Crémant de Loire is entirely vinified on the estate and aged on racks for 24 months.
