Grown in the marl-limestone soils of Mittelbergheim, this wine is made by macerating whole clusters of two iconic grape varieties: Gewurztraminer and Riesling. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts, followed by nine months of aging on the lees in large oak casks, imparting both authenticity and aromatic complexity.
