Vin de France | Rouge | 2024

This artisanal and organic cuvée, created by Julie Paolucci at Domaine La Luminaille, embodies the essence of the Rasteau terroir. Grown on hillside plots with clay-limestone soil, the old Carignan and Grenache vines offer freshness and elegance. Whole-cluster vinification, with no added sulfur, and aging in tanks and amphorae until spring, enhance the unique characteristics of this wine, typical of the South of France.

Our Review of the Cuvée

This cuvée captivates at first glance with its deep garnet color. On the nose, it reveals refined aromas of damson plum, graphite, bay leaf, and peony, promising beautiful aromatic complexity. On the palate, the wine is round and full-bodied, with a velvety texture that envelops the palate. It offers striking freshness and luscious fruit of an almost unreal intensity. The full-bodied, slightly spicy finish blends licorice, violet, and garrigue, offering an intriguing mouthfeel that is sure to win you over. A true gem from Domaine La Luminaille.
