Located in Villié-Morgon, in the heart of one of the Beaujolais region’s most iconic crus, Domaine Jean Foillard is today a benchmark for lovers of great terroir-driven Gamays. A leading figure in the Beaujolais revival, Jean Foillard chose early on to practice viticulture that respects living organisms and natural winemaking methods, following in the footsteps of the pioneers who restored the region’s reputation.
The vines, often more than 50 years old, have their roots in the granite soils typical of Morgon, giving the wines depth, structure, and a unique mineral character.
