Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this wine offers a complex array of white fruits subtly interwoven with maritime and salty notes. On the palate, its purity and intensity are surprising, with an elegant tension that never veers into harshness. The incredible aromatic richness, combined with limited yields, gives each sip impressive depth and length on the palate. It is a true revelation, showcasing the full potential of these old Aligoté vines planted on the slopes of Pommard.
