Champagne Drémot Marroy is a family-owned estate located in Charly-sur-Marne, run by Mélanie and Jean-Rémi Drémont. The estate has developed a viticultural approach centered on authenticity and respect for the soil, having recently obtained organic certification to promote the health of the vines and the quality of the grapes.

The vineyards are planted with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, and are cultivated with great attention to grape ripeness and biodiversity. The estate manages the rows and ground cover to promote healthy, balanced soils.

In the cellar, winemaking is carried out with restraint, highlighting the characteristics of each vineyard and producing balanced, refined wines that are representative of the Marne Valley.
