The winemaking process for this wine skillfully blends tradition and innovation. The grapes are harvested under conditions optimized to preserve their quality, with minimal yet precise intervention that limits oxidation through gentle, gravity-fed pressing. Balanced fermentation and aging take place in small stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, enriching the wine with aromatic complexity. The zero dosage highlights the purity of the profile, derived from the clay-limestone terroirs.

Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this wine reveals delicate and complex aromas, a harmonious blend of ripe fruit and subtle mineral notes derived from the clay-limestone terroirs. On the palate, the blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay expresses itself with a silky texture and vibrant freshness. The winemaking method, which emphasizes fermentation on the lees, imparts remarkable roundness and depth of flavor. Notes of dried fruit and a hint of citrus leave a lingering impression. It is a wine of exceptional finesse, where every sip offers a discovery of nuances to discerning connoisseurs.

Fun Facts About the Estate A Brief History of the Estate The estate, a former abbey dating back to 1831, features the tasting room where we are happy to welcome our guests, and the cellar where our wines age slowly.Everything is done the traditional way: the wines are stored without air conditioning thanks to the thickness of the chalk walls, and riddling and disgorging are still done by hand. The estate’s pride Producing Champagne since 1961, three generations of winemakers have succeeded one another on the family estate: Jean, the founder; his son Jean-Louis; and finally Damien and Florence. They tend to this 4-hectare Premier Cru vineyard in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, respecting Champagne traditions. The balanced distribution of the three Champagne grape varieties across our estate allows for a refined and delicate blend of wines. All of our plots benefit from an ideal orientation and terroir
