Okro’s Wines is a natural winery located in Sighnaghi, in the Kakheti wine region of Georgia, founded by John Okruashvili, who began bottling his own wines around 2009 in his hometown. He cultivates a few hectares of indigenous grape varieties such as Saperavi and Takveri for reds, as well as Tsolikouri, Kakhuri Mtsvane, and Rkatsiteli for whites, using organic viticulture and traditional winemaking methods.

The wines are produced using traditional Georgian methods, with extended maceration and fermentation in qvevri (large buried clay amphorae), without the addition of oenological additives or chemical treatments, in order to allow the fruit, minerality, and character of the terroir to fully express themselves.
