Vins oranges

Orange wines, or white wines made through maceration, are produced in the same way as red wines: the skins of white grapes remain in contact with the juice for days, weeks, or even months. This results in a color ranging from golden to amber, and tannins that are unusual for a white wine.

A major trend among natural winemakers, orange wine is a complex wine that pairs well with food. Its aromas of dried fruit, spices, and wilted flowers, combined with its tannic texture, make it ideal for pairing with aged cheeses and spicy dishes from around the world.
