Coume Marie red is a precise blend of Grenache Noir and Carignan grapes with a touch of Syrah and Mourvèdre, all hand-harvested. Its vinification in tanks minimizes pump-overs and includes punch-downs for optimal temperature control, followed by 10 months of aging in old oak barrels.

Domaine De La Preceptorie
Domaine de La Préceptorie is a wine estate in Roussillon located in Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet in the Fenouillèdes. Founded in 2001 by former members of the Maury cooperative and the younger generation of Domaine de la Rectorie, it is now managed by the Parcé brothers on a vineyard of approximately 30 hectares planted with Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Macabeu and Grenache Gris.
The estate produces a wide range of red, white, rosé, and naturally sweet wines, as well as more unusual cuvées such as dry rancio, with controlled yields and a focus on expressing the terroir of schist and clay. The grapes are harvested by hand, and vinification favors indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention to reveal the typicity of the terroir.
