Domaine Chibaou
Today, Domaine Chibaou spans 70 hectares in the heart of the rolling hills of Entre-deux-Mers. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone and loamy soils typical of the region, which are ideal for producing balanced and expressive wines. The estate is organized around three châteaux, each embodying a different facet of its history and identity.
Château Grenet is the historic heart of the estate, located in Castelviel on clay-limestone hillsides among the highest points of the Gironde region. Château Beyran, acquired by the previous generation in the 1980s, overlooks the Dropt Valley and now houses the cellars and operational buildings. More recently, Château Fontaine Fleury has completed the estate, blending vineyards, meadows, and equestrian activities—a deliberate nod to the family’s history.
