Our Review of the Cuvée
Domaine Biet
In Seigy, on the left bank of the Cher River, Domaine Biet is a story of family and tradition. Julie and her father Jean-Marc now work side by side at this Loire Valley vineyard, united by a shared vision: to produce authentic wines that respect their environment and are deeply rooted in their terroir. After gaining experience in the wine trade, both in France and internationally, she returned to the estate with a desire to bring her own perspective to it, while remaining true to the family legacy. They work as a team, striking a balance between tradition and innovation, each contributing their own sensibility.
