Our Review of the Cuvée

This white wine captivates with its refined aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and quince. A delicate bouquet of jasmine and vine blossom enriches this profile. On the palate, the freshness of the fruit harmonizes with a subtle minerality, promising a dynamic and elegant tasting experience.
It is the perfect pairing for a delicate fish dish such as pikeperch or scallops. Serve between 10 and 12°C after decanting to fully appreciate its potential.

In Savennières, Laureau approaches Chenin with a broad yet refined interpretation. The white wines acquire a silky texture, underpinned by a mineral tension characteristic of schist. Long aging periods, often on lees, contribute volume without obscuring aromatic precision. These are profound yet disciplined wines, reflecting the strict identity of the terroir.
