Les Vins de Vienne, located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, offer authentic and expressive wines, cultivated on steep slopes surrounded by prickly pears and cicadas. The collaboration of the three local figures gives rise to exceptional wines, with varied collections such as Les Vignes de Seyssuel and Les Lieux-Dits. The result of a shared philosophy and a cool microclimate, these wines are rich, fruity, mineral, and bear a true 'very Rhône signature'.

Our Review of the Cuvée

This white wine exhibits a beautiful golden hue. The nose reveals rich, fruity aromas with pronounced mineral notes. On the palate, it offers a creamy texture, and the finish unveils delicate undertones of forest floor. An elegant and balanced wine, perfect for pairing with refined dishes such as a poultry ballotine with chestnuts or roasted lobster.

Les Vins de Vienne

Rhône Valley | France

Les Vins de Vienne is a winery established in 1996 through the collaboration of three winemaker friends from the Rhône Valley: Yves Cuilleron, Pierre Gaillard, and François Villard. Their initial project involved replanting the historic **Seyssuel** vineyard, which had been lost after the phylloxera epidemic, leading to their first vintage in 1998. The estate subsequently expanded to various northern Rhône Valley terroirs.

The company cultivates approximately 20 to 28 hectares of vines spread across several significant appellations (Côte Rôtie, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph, Saint-Péray, Cornas, Crozes-Hermitage, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, etc.) and also produces IGP wines from the Collines Rhodaniennes. Dominant grape varieties include Syrah, Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne, complemented by other varieties depending on the specific terroirs. Les Vins de Vienne markets its wines, which are produced and vinified in Chavanay, and offers a tasting cellar accessible by appointment or during specified hours.
