This wine was carefully crafted from hand-harvested grapes, with whole-cluster fermentation and a long maceration period of 30 days to fully extract the aromas. Aging on fine lees for 9 months in tanks refines its complexity and delicate texture. Bottled using gentle filtration, this process ensures optimal purity and clarity. Its sustainable production uses very low doses of SO2, underscoring its commitment to naturalness and the preservation of authentic flavors.

Our Review of the Cuvée

From the very first sip, this wine captivates with its sparkling purple hue. On the nose, notes of raspberry and violet subtly blend with a peppery touch and an intriguing hint of incense. On the palate, the attack is soft, generous, and light, giving way to firmer, delicate tannins that lend the wine a beautiful structure. The finish offers a lovely balance between the fruitiness of plum and raspberry and peppery accents accompanied by a chalky texture. This wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, and with time, it ages beautifully, revealing new flavor dimensions.
