In 1950, the estate was established by Olivier's grandfather. Located in the Marne Valley, Olivier decided to cultivate his land using sustainable and responsible farming practices. The vines are therefore treated with the aim of preserving the environment as much as possible in order to produce exceptional champagnes.

Gremillet

In 1979, Jean Michel took over the estate. He was then responsible for 30 hectares of vines located in Balnot-sur-Laynes, near Les Riceys. He decided to expand the vineyard and continue his father's work. A long-standing supplier to embassies and consulates worldwide, the winery offers prestigious and refreshingly vibrant wines.
