A garnet robe with brilliant highlights. A delicate nose of red fruits (Morello cherries), black fruits (blackcurrants) and menthol notes. Present, round, and well-integrated tannins over a beautiful, luscious, and fresh fruit character, leading to a refreshingly crisp finish.

Founded in 1781, Domaine de la Dourbie is located on the right bank of the Hérault River, at the foot of the Causse du Larzac plateau. The estate takes its name from the Dourbie, a local river that flows through the vineyard before joining the Hérault. This geographical location places the estate in a transitional context between Mediterranean influences and the cooler climates associated with higher altitudes.

The vineyard has been farmed organically since 2009 and is spread across two distinct areas. Approximately 20 hectares surround the main estate, while a second plot of about 12 hectares is located at nearly 300 meters altitude in the Rouveyrolles valley. This area, surrounded by garrigue scrubland, benefits from a more temperate microclimate, promoting gradual ripening and naturally cooler balances.
