Beaujolais | France

Located in Villié-Morgon, at the heart of one of Beaujolais' most emblematic crus, Domaine Jean Foillard is today an absolute benchmark for lovers of great terroir Gamays. A key figure in the Beaujolais revival, Jean Foillard very early on chose viticulture that respects living organisms and natural vinification, following in the footsteps of the pioneers who restored the region's reputation.

The vines, often over 50 years old, plunge their roots into the granitic soils typical of Morgon, bringing depth, structure, and a unique mineral signature to the wines. Here, there are no artificial interventions: manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts, little to no sulfur, long and gentle macerations to extract the fruit without harshness. Everything is designed to preserve the purity of the grape and the most sincere expression of the place.
