Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine displays a very dark garnet color that hints at its depth. On the nose, it offers an enticing bouquet of candied raspberry, white pepper, and incense, enriched with fresh resinous and balsamic notes. On the palate, the round, velvety texture unfolds with a density of ripe, spicy fruit, bringing a pleasant liveliness. The finish is particularly memorable, with a chalky mouthfeel and lingering aromas of plum compote, cocoa, and spices, offering a long and satisfying tasting experience.
