Domaine des Miquettes

Located in the south of the Saint Joseph appellation, the vines are located around the farm for the whites and on the hillsides for the saints josephs. The grape varieties worked are Saint Joseph, Syrah and Viognier en Vin de Pays.
The whole estate is organic and our wines are without inputs. They are all vinified and matured in amphora for a minimum of 6 months. We work the soil with a horse, the harvest is done manually and we strengthen our vines with plants and clay.

Our story

Following the departure of our boss, we decided to take over the family farm and create our own estate, the Miquettes. While watching a report on Georgia, we decided to discover this country and that's when we came up with the idea of raising our wines in an Amphora.
