Settled in this wonderful terroir since 1600, Domaine Font de Michelle is a family estate that has been passed down from generation to generation. Since 1975, Jean and Michel have been in charge of the Domaine's destiny. Today joined by their respective sons Bertrand and Guillaume.

"Like Obelix I fell into the pot as a child. I caught the virus very young. Working the vineyard in a natural way, harvesting the grapes, making wine, raising the wines as if they were our children. To be a winemaker is above all to be passionate.
The domain's short story
The Gonnet family has lived in Bedarrides for more than four centuries. The farmhouse as we know it today was built in 1880 by Jean-Etienne Gonnet. The cultivation of the vine began in 1950 with Etienne Gonnet, thirty hectares on the famous appellation of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, marking the beginning of a history that still lives today through his sons Jean and Michel. They took over the estate in 1975 and the new generation represented by Bertrand and Guillaume now participates in the work of the vine and wine with passion and quality.
