Our story

Let's go back in time: 1464, Sir Alays Rozel created the Rozel estate and made his first vintages. Since then, the story has continued from generation to generation, from father to son, and without any interruption! This family unity and this extraordinary history is our strength in the Drôme Provençale region, in the heart of the Rhône Valley. It was in 1989 that Bruno officially took over the estate and became a true precursor of the Rhône viognier. I joined the adventure in the process and try every day to offer quality, authenticity and terroir in my wines ! what is most extraordinary is that we have been doing so without interruption for 22 generations now and that in the same region: the Drôme Provençale in the heart of the Rhone Valley. In 1989, Bruno officially took over the estate and was one of the first winegrowers to introduce viognier in our region. It was later that I joined the family adventure and continued to offer quality wines that reflect the quality of our terroir.

The estate is located in the commune of Valaurie in the heart of the Drôme Provençale. We also grow lavender and cereals certified in Organic Agriculture. The soils of the estate give our wines a distinctive character that is present in each of our vintages. It is with the family, in this magical region and this magnificent setting that we have the privilege of cultivating our vines, bordered by fields of lavender, truffle oaks and scrubland.
