They are also the result of encounters and personal favorites with winemakers established in Beaujolais and Mâcon. Each wine I select from outside our family estate is tasted and approved in a blind tasting by the loyal members of my community. At the château, we love older vintages! The estate's story: These 9 hectares, certified organic (2024), are our anchor. Few evenings with friends have gone by without a lovely Fleurie or Moulin-à-Vent from our vineyard. Our Fleurie wines cater to all palates, from elegant and crisp to spicy and fruity, expressing the unique character of this terroir. The poor, pink granite soil is particularly well-suited to the generous nature of the Gamay grape. The pride of the estate, Château des Moriers, has been a family vineyard since 1855. Anne-Victoire, also known as Vicky, represents the fifth generation and began working at the same time as Les Grappes.
