Albin and Florentine represent the 5th generation of winegrowers in the Combe family. They manage a 15 hectare vineyard located at the foot of the Mont Ventoux in the Vaucluse. All their wines are blended, which characterizes them by an aromatic richness and a balance suitable for aging, in the Ventoux terroir appellation. The Domaine is certified in organic viticulture and some vintages are produced in Biodynamie.
Produced by organic farming, Vindemio wines are grown on two terroirs of the Ventoux appellation that make up the 15 hectares of the vineyard. The first terroir of 8 hectares culminates at an altitude of 400 meters in the commune of Mormoiron, at the foot of the Ventoux, which makes this parcel one of the highest in the appellation. The soil is mostly sandy. The second terroir of 4 hectares benefits from a unique protection against violent winds and extreme temperatures. The vines plant their roots in the magnificent clay soil.
All our wines are made from blends that characterize them by an aromatic richness and a balance suitable for aging. In the respect of the environment, Vindemio wines express a unique identity and reflect the work of Men, the transmission of a know-how.
Florentine and Albin represent the 5th generation of a family of winegrowers. It is only recently that they have challenged themselves to mark their mark on the Ventoux appellation.
