Deep purple colour, purple tints. Nose blooming, black fruits (blueberry, blackcurrant, blackberry), peony, smoky note. Velvety on the palate, rich, ripe, sensual, framed by silky tannins, it has depth and charm.
The hatching is the reflection of a clayey-limestone soil that really allows the grape variety to express itself.
Serve with red meats and cheeses. Consume now and keep for up to 10 years.
Serve between 16-18°C and possibly decant.
With duck breast or goat cheese.
