The slow rise of the bubbles in the glass invites you to discover the palette of aromas of spring flowers, honey, spices and toast. On the palate, the wine is vinous with hints of pastry on a citrus background.

All our Crémant are hand-picked and the whole bunches are taken to the press. They benefit from an ageing on laths of more than 36 months. During the vinification process we control the temperatures for a slow fermentation. The descent of the wines is done by gravity
