In the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, 12 km from Chalon-sûr-Saône, Mercurey is one of the most important wine appellations in Burgundy. Protected from the humid winds by its slopes, the vines are located between 230 and 320 meters of altitude. Vinification in traditional wooden vats, gravity-fed, temperature-controlled and partially aged in barrels.
