The Chardonnay has a clear complexion, illuminated with a grey gold glint. White flowers (hawthorns, honeysuckle), dried fruits on lemony and honeyed notes. Fat of good behaviour, the subject is well mastered. It has a lively and frank attack, with just the right amount of delicacy.

The word of the Winemaker, Cécile Musso :

Between the Dheune and Grosne valleys, the Côte Chalonnaise opens onto the South. These gentle hills were born of the Massif Central, with a stroke of the shoulder, when the Bresse ditch collapsed, forming faults here.
