Tasting : A salmon color with silver reflections. A nose of white flowers and small crunchy red fruits. A lively and spicy mouth with a blackcurrant finish. Beautiful aromatic persistence. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturing : 2 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

The word of the Winemaker, Stéphan Heinrich :

A rosé, in our opinion, should be subtly fruity, fresh, fine, harmonious, slightly acidic, and sapid, for gourmandise. This one ticks all these boxes in our opinion.
