For this edition of “Instant Vignobles,” Laetitia Allemand takes us to the northern part of the Rhône Valley to introduce us to the best events for meeting winemakers.

The Vienna Jazz Festival and its vintages

First up, let’s head to the famous Vienne Jazz Festival! Every year, a handful of winemakers collaborate to create a special cuvée of Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie in honor of the event.

Markets, fairs, and trade shows: meet the winemakers of Condrieu

But that’s not the only chance to meet the region’s winemakers! There are plenty of wine markets, trade shows, fairs, and other events held throughout the region featuring our winemaker friends. For example, there’s the wine market in Ampuis, the one in Chavanay, and the Condrieu Wine and Rigotte Festival.

These events are the perfect place to discover local products, enjoy them with regional wines, and chat with the producers!
