I’m a former TV journalist; I used to be in the spotlight before deciding to take over the family estate in Théüs, in the Hautes-Alpes. Between my mountains and Paris, my classes, and my efforts to promote forgotten grape varieties, I’ll take a few minutes to settle in here and there.
