“A daughter of, and proud of it!”

Personal Journal #1: Founded by my father, Pierre Gaillard, in 2002, Domaine Madeloc was rebuilt by combining the traditions of Banyuls with techniques from the Rhône Valley. My parents passed on their passion for wine to their three children: we grew up in the vineyards. It took me a while to join my parents’ project: I was more passionate about lab analysis at the winery than about the vineyards. But as I grew up, I realized that every great opportunity I’ve had was made possible by the world of wine. In 2009, I finally joined my parents at the estate. Since then, I’ve been working to establish the Gaillard family in Roussillon! For me, wine is synonymous with discovery: other cultures, new flavors, and new people.
