We meet two brothers, Romain and Damien, and their team, who work tirelessly throughout the year to tend the vineyards and craft the wine with a commitment to perfection, respect, kindness, and positivity! The estate is located in the heart of Chablis on a large estate, the former home of the laboring monks of Pontigny Abbey, comprising a large 19th-century building and a partially underground wine cellar built in 2016. In short: living soil, healthy, fully ripe grapes, simple and natural practices, minimal intervention, close monitoring, and patience. The Enclos Estate: in the heart of Chablis

• Vineyard: Grown on the westernmost plot of the vineyard in the commune of Beine, on a hillside overlooking the Premier Cru Vau Ligneau. A predominantly limestone terroir facing due south.

• Wine: A natural wine made and aged without any additives, with zero added sulfites. Both full-bodied and lively, this is an ultra-drinkable Chablis.

Petit Chablis 2022

• Vineyard: A plateau vineyard planted in the 1980s on Portlandian soil.

• Wine: Rich and aromatic, best enjoyed while young.

Chablis 2022

• Vineyard: A blend of plots averaging about 30 years old, located in the communes of Chablis, La Chapelle, and Beine.

• Wine: Lovely ripe fruit and mineral freshness. A wine to enjoy now and for several years to come.
