Les Sept Pierres is a wine project that brings together the seven appellations of the Ardèche: Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Condrieu, Saint-Péray, Vivarais, Côtes du Rhône, and Coteaux de l’Ardèche. This diversity of origins offers a broad and nuanced perspective on the Ardèche terroirs, stretching from the Rhône valleys to the foothills of the Cévennes.

Syrah and Viognier form the backbone of the range, lending the wines structure, aromatic intensity, and regional character. This foundation is complemented by more distinctive varieties, such as Pinot Noir and Riesling, grown on poor sandstone soils that promote freshness and finesse. These grape varieties reflect a free-spirited and personal approach to the Ardèche vineyards.
